Indexers v2.0.0 ships with ESM default and expanded chain support

Recoordinate released v2.0.0 of sablier-labs/indexers, a breaking change that switches the package to ESM by default and adds support for four new blockchain networks.

The release bumped the sablier peer dependency to ^2.x, a breaking change that forced the version jump [1].
