Two releases bridging indexers and fine-tuning

Recoordinate shipped two patch releases: one breaking change to the Sablier indexers, and one small fix to the PEFT fine-tuning library.

The Sablier indexers v5.0.0 [1] marked a breaking change, bumping the core `sablier` dependency from ^3.3.5 to ^3.9.0 and removing the `getProtocolGraphIndexer` function in favor of `getIndexerGraph` with an `Indexer.IndexerKey`. The release added two new helpers: `getIndexerKeyForProtocol` mapping the protocol types `airdrops | flow | lockup` to their public indexer keys, and `getProtocolForIndexerKey` returning the canonical protocol for a given indexer key.

The PEFT library released v0.19.1 [2], a small patch containing fixes for issues #3161 and #3165.
