Indexers v3.0.0 with model namespace and schema expansion

Recoordinate released v3.0.0 of sablier-labs/indexers, bumping the sablier dependency to a new major version and introducing shared type definitions across indexers.

The release updated the peer dependency to sablier ^3.3.2, a breaking change that required a major version bump [1].
