SOL quote mint sentinel preservation in sol-trade-sdk

Recoordinate released sol-trade-sdk v4.0.16 to preserve the SOL quote mint sentinel from PumpFun RPC params, keeping legacy bonding curve trades on the correct routing path.

The release to 0xfnzero/sol-trade-sdk [1] addressed a routing issue where SOL-paired bonding curve trades needed to stay on V1 when appropriate. The fix preserves the SOL quote mint sentinel that comes from PumpFun RPC parameters, ensuring trades don't get misrouted to newer versions. Recoordinate added tests covering both the RPC SOL sentinel quote mint selection and real quote mint preservation to verify the behavior. The README crate version was refreshed to 4.0.16 to match the release.
