History eviction recovers, i18n stops retranslating

Openclaw's day was mostly repair work: a session-history eviction path that could stay wedged after lifecycle contention, a CI gate that crashed on large proof plans, and an i18n reconciliation that retranslated pages nobody had touched.

Session history disk-budget enforcement could stay broken after a foreign state-lifecycle owner exited: an agent operation and its cleanup both failed during contention, and every later request rethrew the retained cleanup error. fix(ci): avoid E2BIG for large Crabbox proof plans openclaw/openclaw
The protected Crabbox gate publisher crashed with spawn E2BIG when a PR's expanded test plan exceeded Linux's single-argument limit. Large fully selected proof plans now go through Crabbox's existing --script-stdin transport, so product behavior, test selection, permissions and required checks stay put.
fix(i18n): avoid retranslating unchanged docs by default openclaw/docs
Weekly reconciliation translated matching source pages across every locale, and forced retries overwrote pages that had already finished. Routine runs now translate only missing or changed pages at high reasoning effort, and operators who actually need a full refresh after a glossary or prompt change pass force_retranslate=true.

Concurrent release QA agents were writing credentials under another agent's state directory, and failed compatibility patches left a partly updated harness behind.
