Updates now snapshot every state and agent database before migrations and restore them on rollback, taking consistent snapshots while the Gateway keeps writing, and they refuse to start schema changes when snapshot cleanup fails. Managed updates also stop always rolling back with a stack overflow, and Windows updates now finish after state migration; upgrades from 2026.9.5 get all of it.
