LiveView form recovery now waits for every entry, not just the last

Phoenix LiveView fixed a form recovery completion-ordering bug where the mount patch callback could fire before all recoveries finished, and refreshed its bundled assets behind it.
Fix form recovery completion ordering phoenixframework/phoenix_live_view
The mount patch callback previously ran only once the last item in the recovery array completed, so out-of-order completions could let it fire early; it now runs after every form recovery completes regardless of order. If you rely on recovery state being settled when mount patches your LiveView, this closes that gap.
